Technology for making TM Parus paper napkins
The main raw material for the production of paper napkins is cellulose, which consists of 100% natural fibres. It is obtained from wood at the mills, which ensures one of the main advantages of such products – environmental friendliness. After processing, the pulp comes in the form of large rolls for further production of paper napkins on production lines. Parus uses automated and semi-automated lines from well-known Asian, European and domestic brands. The process consists of several main stages.
- Rolling out. The paper roll is loaded into a device that gradually feeds the material for processing.
- Embossing. To give the desired texture and stiffness, the paper goes through an embossing process that creates a characteristic relief pattern on the surface and increases the strength of the product.
- Drawing (printing). You can choose from classic ornaments or order individual images.
- Paper folding, which is performed in several stages. After that, the system automatically calculates the number of products in accordance with the production task.
- Cutting on the sheet. This process is carried out with high precision so that all products have the same size and shape.
